Swedish-style elk meatballs (älgtbullar)
Swedish meatballs made with reindeer meat and a blend of breadcrumbs, milk, and sparkling water, pan-fried like traditional meatballs, served with a sauce…
These elk meatballs use venison heart, finely chopped along with the meat and bacon. They are prepared and cooked like classic Swedish meatballs; a spoonful of lingonberry or messmöör sauce gives the dish a unique flavour.
