Directions

  1. Place the elderberries in a pot and let them soak in the sugar for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour, add the water and bring to a boil, covering the pot.
  3. Once the elderberries have reached a jam-like consistency, add the lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and pour the jam into sterilized jars. ≈ 3 min

  • 300 g of sugar
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 lemon
