Directions
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Cook for a few minutes, then pour in the milk.
- Continue cooking until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking or burning. Season to taste.
- Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs. ≈ 3 min
- Let it cool for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Form small, round patties using the cooled mixture.
- Coat them in breadcrumbs, then in beaten eggs, and then in breadcrumbs again. ≈ 10 min
- Let them rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator, then fry them in hot oil.
