Directions
- Let the apples bake.
- In a pot, add a pinch of salt and cook until tender.
- Let’s peel the carrots and grate them using a grater. ≈ 3 min
- Next, in a non-stick pan, sauté the carrots in a little olive oil over medium heat.
- Mash the earthenware apples and warm them until they form a smooth puree. ≈ 4 min
- We should distribute the mashed potatoes evenly in a serving dish about 3 cm deep, using a spatula. ≈ 2 min
- Next, spread the shredded carrots evenly over the apples. ≈ 3 min
- Place the green beans on top of the carrots. ≈ 3 min
- In a separate container, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, and garlic. ≈ 4 min
- Spread this mixture evenly over the green beans. ≈ 3 min
- Heat the olive oil and add the chili powder.
- Once the oil paint has cooled slightly, pour it over the yogurt.
