Homemade mint mojito with fresh mint
A refreshing and light mojito: white rum, lime, crushed mint, and sparkling water over crushed ice, ready in just a few minutes for a summer evening drink.
Originating in Cuba, the mojito is a low-alcohol cocktail that relies on two key ingredients: white rum and fresh mint. It is prepared directly in the glass, in just a few steps, and is served very cold. Without the rum, it becomes a non-alcoholic drink that is equally refreshing.
