- Clean the chicken, and cook it until it turns a golden color and starts to release oil. Then, wash the chicken with soap and cut it into pieces.
- Grind the green chili peppers with the ginger and salt until you have a smooth paste. Finely chop some of the red onions, while chopping the remaining red onions with the other spices, except for the ginger leaves and cloves. ≈ 8 min
- Continue to cook the finely chopped red onions until they are golden brown. Add the chili paste and other spices, and cook until the chili aroma disappears.
- Add the pieces of game hen to a pot containing the cooked mixture and cook until they are tender but still firm.
- Pour the 200 ml of water, then continue to cook until the bird is completely tender and the spices have fully infused. ≈ 3 min
