Directions
- Cook the dried meat with the whole onion in the water until it is tender.
- Remove the meat. In the broth, add the tomato paste diluted in water and the chopped garlic. Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
- Combine the quark or cream with the flour, egg yolk, paprika, and vinegar, then add this mixture to the soup. ≈ 4 min
- Cut the meat into small pieces and return it to the soup. ≈ 8 min
