Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, one tablespoon of oil paint, two tablespoons of sugar, three tablespoons of flour, and four eggs. ≈ 4 min
  2. Add the grapes (if you have any) and mix well until you have a smooth paste. ≈ 4 min
  3. Pour utiliser, pourver the mixture into a rectangular or round baking dish, depending on how you intend to use it. ≈ 3 min
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the molds containing the dough in the oven and reduce the temperature to 175-180 degrees Celsius.
  5. Avoid opening the oven too frequently to prevent the cookies from shrinking. If necessary, cover the cookies with aluminum foil to prevent them from burning.
  6. Bake until the cookies release easily from the molds and the inside is cooked through. Use a knife to check for doneness. ≈ 3 min
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
  8. For a sweeter version, sprinkle with sugar before baking.
  9. You can also add walnuts or lemon zest to vary the flavor. ≈ 3 min
