Directions
- Mix the sticky rice flour with coconut milk and a pinch of salt. ≈ 4 min
- Mix until you reach a smooth, thick consistency and cook until it is done. ≈ 4 min
- In a separate saucepan, combine the sugar and a small amount of coconut milk and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Next, sift the sugar and add it to the cooked sticky rice paste. ≈ 2 min
- Continuously stir, gradually incorporating the concentrated milk until the oil paint begins to separate. ≈ 4 min
- Once they are firm, cut them and wrap them in aluminum foil. ≈ 8 min
