- If the cheese contains a lot of liquid, you can add an extra tablespoon of flour. ≈ 3 min
- Boil water in a large, deep pot (if the pot is not large enough, the nettles may overlap and stick together).
- I roll out a thin sheet of dough using a rolling pin. ≈ 3 min
