Directions
- Marinate the shrimp in salt and turmeric for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a pan, then add bay leaves and dried chili peppers.
- Next, add the chopped onion, ginger, and garlic to the pan with a little oil.
- Next, thoroughly mix the yogurt, kasundi, mustard paste, fresh chili peppers, turmeric powder, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Once the shrimp are cooked, add them to the pan.
- Mix all the ingredients together and add a little water. ≈ 4 min
- Cover the pot and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Finally, add sugar and fresh chili peppers, and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes before serving.
- Serve with hot rice. ≈ 2 min
