Directions
- Melt butter in a pan. Add the onion, garlic cloves, and red garlic bulb. Cook until the onion is golden brown.
- Add the black beans to a pot with water and cook them until they are tender.
- Once the beans are tender, add the onion and garlic mixture to the pot. Stir in the tomato puree and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the rice and let it simmer for another 5 minutes until the water has been absorbed. Gently stir to prevent the rice from becoming mushy.
