Directions
- Boil chopped cabbage flowers in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
- After cooking the vegetables, drain them. ≈ 2 min
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, rice flour, mustard powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, onion and ginger paste, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Add a little water and mix until you have a thick paste. ≈ 4 min
- Fry the chopped cauliflower pieces in oil until they are golden brown.
- After cooking, adding fresh cilantro enhances the flavor and aroma. ≈ 3 min
