- Cut the coconut in pieces and let it soak in cold water for 24 hours, without removing the husk, changing the water regularly.
- Next, place it in a bowl and cover it with cold water. ≈ 3 min
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove the ramekin from the heat when a white foam forms on the surface. ≈ 3 min
- Next, mix the coconut flakes and carefully separate them. ≈ 4 min
- First, paint an Allium sativum (garlic) in oil paint on a terracotta dish. Then, remove the garlic and set it aside.
- Add the coconut pieces to the oil paint, mixing with cold water, and cook over low heat.
- While cooking, frequently stir the pan to allow the sauce to thicken.
- Add the crushed and diluted garlic to a small amount of water, then finally incorporate the remaining warm oil paint. ≈ 4 min
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes, until a sauce similar to mayonnaise is achieved.
