Directions
- Soak the cod in water for 24 hours, changing the water every 8 hours. Then drain the fish and remove any bones.
- Remove the skin and spines from the cod, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic and onion, and chopped peeled tomatoes. ≈ 4 min
- Add the breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Add them to a pan with the onion.
- Finally, add the rice and 500 ml of water. Cook until the rice is tender.
