Directions
- Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
- Melt 150g of butter in the microwave for 2 minutes 30, along with 2 squares of dark chocolate and the sugar. Mix with a wooden spoon.
- Whisk the eggs, gradually add the flour, and continue until you have a firm, stable mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the beaten eggs. ≈ 4 min
- Pour: Pour, pour a 24 cm round mould, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Melt 50g of butter in the microwave with 2 squares of dark chocolate. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. ≈ 4 min
- Pourz the mousse onto the baked base in the mold, and freeze for 4 hours. Then, transfer the cake from the freezer to the refrigerator.
