Directions
- Extract the orange zest and blend it. ≈ 4 min
- Squeeze the orange. ≈ 3 min
- Cut the chocolate into squares. ≈ 8 min
- Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. ≈ 2 min
- Lightly salt the egg whites before whipping them into stiff peaks. ≈ 4 min
- Pour the half of the zest, all of the juice, and the chocolate into a pot, and heat over low heat, stirring regularly with a spatula, until a smooth mixture forms.
- Pour the yolks into the melted chocolate and mix well. ≈ 4 min

- If not already done, pour the mixture into a large bowl and let it rest for at least two hours in the refrigerator before serving.
