Directions

  1. Melt the margarine and add the water, using high heat.
  2. Place the still-warm dough in a heat-proof bag with a wide opening, and pour it out in small balls onto a baking sheet. ≈ 10 min
  3. Note: It is not necessary to grease with butter; simply sprinkle with wheat flour. ≈ 2 min
  4. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees.
  5. Fill the pastry bag and, using a small nozzle, inject the buttercream into the cake. ≈ 10 min
  6. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler, and then dip the small cakes partially into the melted chocolate.
  7. Let it dry. ≈ 3 min

  • Melt the margarine and add the water, using high heat.
  • Once the water has come to a boil, reduce the heat and add the flour and eggs.
  • Thoroughly mix until the dough reaches the desired consistency – the dough should resemble mashed potatoes.
  • Place the still-warm dough in a large-sized bag, and pour it out onto a baking sheet in small balls. Note: It is not necessary to grease with butter; simply sprinkle with wheat flour.
  • Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees.
  • After cooking, allow to cool.
  • Fill the pastry bag and, using a small nozzle, inject the buttercream into the cake.
  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler, and then dip the small cakes partially into the melted chocolate. Let them dry.
  • Tip: For the recipe to work, the mascarpone cream should be very thick; otherwise, it risks soaking into the dough.
