Directions
- Wash the chicken thighs and cut them in half. Season them with 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 tablespoon of cayenne pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Roast them until they are golden brown. ≈ 8 min
