Directions
- Cut the fish into four pieces, then season them with salt. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger and onion.
- Add the fish. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the rice washing water and the whole peppercorns into the pot. ≈ 3 min
- Bring to a boil, then add the vegetables. ≈ 3 min
- Season to your liking and allow the vegetables to soften. ≈ 2 min
- In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion, and tomatoes in hot oil.
- Add the diluted miso to the water and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve the fish with the miso sauce. ≈ 2 min
