Directions
- Combine the flour, butter, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Pour the water. ≈ 3 min
- Knead until a soft dough forms. ≈ 10 min
- Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into eight equal portions. ≈ 3 min
- Spread each portion as thinly as possible. ≈ 4 min
- Place it in a pan.
- When small bubbles appear, turn it over. ≈ 3 min
- Cook until it turns a pale yellow.
- Serve very hot, with a lentil dish or a spicy sauce. ≈ 2 min
