Directions

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons of cold water, and then pour it into boiling water.
  2. Take the dough and mix until it reaches a thick consistency. ≈ 4 min
  3. Add the remaining flour, vanilla, and mix by hand until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 4 min
  4. Divide the dough into three parts, with two parts colored red and green. ≈ 3 min
  5. Shape all the pasta into balls about the size of a bowling ball. ≈ 10 min
  6. Boil 2 litres of water and add the pandan leaves.
  7. Cook the prepared dough balls, then remove them from the water when they float to the surface.
  8. Then, we drain the system. ≈ 2 min
  9. Arrange the croutons on shredded coconut, place them on a plate, and sprinkle with sugar. ≈ 2 min

  • Half a cup of shredded, slightly ripe coconut
  • 250 g of powdered sugar or icing sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla extract
  • One pandan leaf
  • Red and green shades
