This Catalan dish combines shellfish and crustaceans, steamed and then marinated in lemon, with beaten eggs and goat’s milk. It is served with peeled shrimp and fresh parsley.

Directions

  1. Clean the seafood, then place it over the heat with water to help it open. ≈ 8 min
  2. Remove them, place them in a dish, and let them marinate for 15 to 25 minutes in the filtered lemon juice.
  3. Whisk the eggs, melt the butter, then combine everything in a pan with the seafood. Add the goat’s milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve with the cooked, peeled shrimp and very finely chopped fresh parsley. ≈ 2 min
