Directions

  1. Peel the bananas ≈ 8 min
  2. Slice the bananas into small pieces. They can be cut into diagonal slices or rounds. ≈ 8 min
  3. Sprinkle the banana slices with salt, add a few drops of lemon juice, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  4. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the banana slices until they are golden brown.
  5. Drain them on paper towels. ≈ 2 min
  6. Combine the tomatoes, garlic, and onion. ≈ 4 min
  7. Place the mixture in a pot. ≈ 3 min
  8. Add one tablespoon of tomato paste and 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil paint. ≈ 3 min
  9. Add the chopped onions ≈ 3 min
  10. Salt, pepper ≈ 2 min
  11. Add half a cup of water and cook over low heat until all the water has evaporated.
