Directions
- The carrots are washed, cut into 2 cm pieces, and chopped. The onion is also chopped. ≈ 3 min
- In a pan, the onion is sautéed with 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil until it is golden brown. The meat is then added and cooked for 5 minutes.
- Turmeric is added to the mixture, and the stir-fry continues to cook for 3 minutes.
- In a separate container, the chopped carrots are sautéed with 4 tablespoons of oil paint for 8 minutes.
- The sautéed vegetables are added to the meat and turmeric mixture. Tomato puree, spices, and 4 cups of water are then added. The stew simmers until the meat is partially cooked.
- The lime juice is added just before serving. ≈ 2 min
