Directions
- The pasta is cooked in salted water, following the cooking time specified on the package. ≈ 3 min
- Once cooked, the pasta is drained (with a little water reserved for the sauce). ≈ 3 min
- Finely chop the onion, and slice the bacon and cheese. ≈ 8 min
- In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the cream and egg. ≈ 4 min
- In a hot pan, I add the oil paint, then the onion, and cook it for about half a minute.
- Next, I add the bacon and continue cooking. ≈ 3 min
- I mix the crème fraîche with the egg and stir well. ≈ 3 min
- I also add the grated cheese, and if needed, a little milk (50 ml). ≈ 3 min
- I continue to stir until the cheese is melted. ≈ 3 min
- We place the pasta in a bowl, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. ≈ 2 min
