The burnt cheesecake is a Swiss specialty, but we’ve adapted it for our Belgian kitchen with this version featuring berries.

Directions

  1. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the sugar and continue whipping until light and fluffy. ≈ 10 min
  2. Add the eggs, while continuing to thresh. ≈ 4 min
  3. Turn off the drum. ≈ 3 min
  4. Boil in milk and butter.
  5. Place in the oven to bake.
  6. Set the oven to a moderate temperature.

  • 1 tablespoon (of butter)
  • 1 cup (of tea) of milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon (for preparing desserts) of baking powder (Royal)
  • Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks, then add the sugar and continue whipping until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs, continuing to beat. Turn off the mixer.
  • Sift the flour and mix thoroughly.
  • Boil in milk and butter.
  • Finally, add the sifted yeast.
  • To achieve a texture similar to that of ant cake, add approximately 50 grams of chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Place the dish in the oven to bake. Set the oven to a moderate temperature.

The screen stays on while cooking mode is open.
