Directions
- Peel and chop the apples into pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Cook the apples until they are soft. Then, mash them using a potato masher or a colander.
- Combine the mashed potatoes with the rye flour and oatmeal in equal proportions (1:1:1). ≈ 4 min
- Add a little water and soy sauce to the mixture. ≈ 3 min
- If you have any, gently sauté the onions and tomatoes, then add them to the dough.
- Season with parsley, chili flakes, a gyro seasoning blend, salt, and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Form the dough into small balls and fry them in a pan over low heat. Lightly brush with butter or oil.
