Directions

  1. Version with corned beef: clean the cabbage and cut it in half, crumble the corned beef and finely chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
  2. Briefly sauté the onion and rice in hot oil.
  3. Pour the with the broth, add the cabbage and the meat.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
  5. Salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
  6. Instructions for Apple: Wash and rinse the Brussels sprouts, then cut off the base in a cross shape. Peel and rinse the apples, then cut them into large chunks. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into chunks. ≈ 8 min
  7. Heat the oil paint in a pot. Cut the bacon into strips and melt it into the oil paint.
  8. Peel and chop the onions, add them to the bacon, and cook them until they are translucent. ≈ 8 min
  9. Add the cabbage and potatoes, cook briefly, then pour in the cider and vegetable stock. Arrange the apple pieces on top and drizzle with Calvados. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.
  10. Shape the meat into small balls and place them in the stew. ≈ 10 min
  11. Rinse the marjoram, remove the leaves, and add it. Allow to simmer gently for about 15 minutes more.
  12. Season with salt and pepper, then serve with sour cream. ≈ 2 min
