Directions
- Peel and chop the onions. ≈ 8 min
- Crush or finely chop the Allium sativum. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the broccoli and remove the stem. ≈ 2 min
- Let’s revisit the onion and garlic.
- Add the broccoli and immediately deglaze with a quarter of a litre of water to prevent strong odours. ≈ 3 min
- In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining water with the sour cream and soup packets. ≈ 4 min

- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. You may not need to use all of the juice. ≈ 2 min
