Breaded milk caps with dill
Fried milk curds, or “rydze,” soaked in beaten egg and then coated in breadcrumbs and fried in lard, seasoned with pepper and fresh dill, to be served hot.
Breaded cheese sticks are served hot as an appetizer, with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. The dill adds a very pleasant freshness.
