Directions
- Mix the bilberries with sugar, and heat them until the sugar dissolves in the bilberry juice, creating a kind of syrup. ≈ 3 min
- Combine the sugar and heavy cream until you have a smooth consistency. ≈ 3 min

- Whip the cream with an electric hand mixer until it thickens, but be careful not to over-whip it.
