Directions

  1. Heat the Bika Bogor cake molds with a little margarine until they are warm.
  2. Pour the first dough into the mold, spread it evenly, then let it bake for half the time. ≈ 3 min
  3. Continue by pouring the second batch of dough, which is a different color, over the first, making sure to spread it evenly. Then, let it bake until it is halfway cooked.
  4. Repeat this procedure until all the mixtures have been used. ≈ 3 min
  5. Once the dough layers have been formed, bake the Bika Bogor Talubi in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and the surface is golden brown.
  6. Remove the Bika Bogor Talubi from the oven and let them cool.
  7. Sprinkle the top of the dough with toppings such as grated cheese, chocolate chips, or toasted walnuts.
