- Beef: 113 grams of lean beef, cut into thin slices, mixed with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, chopped chives, 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds, and 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil, then quickly stir-fried for a few minutes before being removed. ≈ 3 min
- Doraji: Finely chop, then press with salt, rinse, and boil in hot water.
- Remove the seeds, squeeze to extract the water, and then combine in a pan with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped garlic, and 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds.
- Remove after cooking. ≈ 3 min
- Gosari: 1/4 pound of raw gosari, cleaned and rinsed, then crushed until the liquid is extracted. ≈ 3 min
- Next, cut into 2-inch pieces and quickly stir-fried in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions, and 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds.
- Remove from the fire. ≈ 3 min
- zucchini: 1 zucchini, cut into thin slices, boiled in water, then drained and squeezed until all the water is removed.
- Mix together with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds.
- Mushrooms: 4 pyogo mushrooms (shiitake), soaked in hot water and sliced thinly. ≈ 3 min
- Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions, and 1 tablespoon of quickly toasted sesame seeds to the pan, then remove.
- Rice: (4 cups) mixed with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, salt, and served in individual bowls, with one cup of rice per person. ≈ 2 min
- Gochujang Sauce: Combine 4 tablespoons of gochujang with 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds, and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
- Add all the prepared ingredients to a bowl. ≈ 3 min
- In the center, pour in the gochujang sauce, mixed with the egg yolks. ≈ 3 min
- Stir gently until all the ingredients are well combined. ≈ 4 min
