- For the dough: 6 eggs, 140 grams of sugar, 140 grams of ground walnuts, 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder. ≈ 3 min
- Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the sugar, egg yolks, walnuts, flour, and baking powder, all mixed with a little lemon juice. ≈ 4 min
