Directions
- Wash the bananas and cut them into 3 pieces, discarding the ends. ≈ 8 min
- Cook them in water, adding cinnamon sticks.
- Once they are tender, remove from the heat and set aside. ≈ 3 min
- In a separate bowl, combine the beans (preferably cooked and drained), cinnamon, and sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Stir with a wooden spatula and set aside. ≈ 4 min
- Remove the skin from the bananas and mash them into a paste.
- Take a small portion of the dough and form it into a medium-sized ball, large enough to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand. ≈ 10 min
- Pierce the center and fill it with the bean mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Patching the hole with a banana. ≈ 3 min
- Repeat until the dough and beans are fully incorporated. ≈ 3 min
- Pour in the flour into a heat-resistant container. ≈ 3 min
- Coat the meatballs with flour. ≈ 3 min
- Heat a pan and add some oil paint. Then, apply gold leaf to the meatballs.
- Place them on absorbent paper. ≈ 3 min
- Serve two portions on a plate. ≈ 2 min
- Sprinkle with sugar ≈ 2 min
