Belgian endives with ground meat and potatoes in a pot
Belgian endive with ground meat and potatoes cooked together in one pot with red onion and bay leaves: 25 to 30 minutes, a simple Belgian dish.
Belgian endive with ground meat, cooked in the same pot as the potatoes: a simple Belgian dish that Axelle made twice this summer (on July 20 and September 17).
The ground meat and red onion brown first in a little olive oil and butter, then the sliced endives, potatoes and bay leaves join them for 25 to 30 minutes over medium heat.
The original recipe mashes everything together; Axelle keeps it chunky, as you can see in the photos.
