Directions
- Continue to cook the onions and pasta in the butter until the onions are translucent and the pasta is lightly golden.
- Add approximately 1.5 liters of hot water and incorporate the bouillon cubes.
- Add the vegetables to the soup. ≈ 3 min
- Heat the broth over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until the pasta and vegetables are cooked.
- Crack the eggs into the soup and gently stir them in with a spoon. ≈ 4 min
- Let it simmer for another 5 minutes, then add pepper, salt, and ground nutmeg to season.
