Directions
- Sift the flour. ≈ 2 min
- Add the water, yeast, and egg yolks. ≈ 3 min
- Mix everything together, then add the sugar, salt, and finally the melted butter. ≈ 4 min
- Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth, form it into a ball, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Incorporate the pearl sugar and let it rest for 1 hour on a greased baking sheet to allow the dough to rise.
- Brush with melted butter and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
