Directions
- Rinse the coral lentils under cold water, let them soak for a short time, then cook them. The cooking time indicated on the package is too long for a salad. Dice the beets and finely chop the onion. Prepare the dressing separately.
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients, ensuring the honey is fully dissolved. Pour over the salad and let it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours, stirring occasionally. Add the herbs just before serving.
