Directions

  1. Whip the yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns pale, then slowly add the cream while continuing to whip. Place the pot over low heat and slowly pour in the beer, stirring constantly.
  2. Flavor with cloves and cinnamon, and heat until the soup thickens.
  3. Cut the ricotta into small pieces. Divide the soup into bowls and place a few pieces of ricotta in each. ≈ 8 min
