Directions
- Squeeze the lemon. ≈ 3 min
- Peel the apples, remove the core, cut them into small pieces, and toss them with a little lemon juice. ≈ 8 min
- Bring all ingredients to a boil, except the apples and lemon juice. Add the apples, bring to a boil once, then remove from the heat.
- Refrigerate the soup and adjust the seasoning with lemon juice.
- Remove the spices and serve cold. ≈ 2 min
