Beer-braised chicken legs with grapes
Chicken thighs baked in a blonde beer, with bacon, onions, and grapes marinated. A very comforting Belgian dish.
Chicken in beer is a classic Belgian dish: the pale beer infuses the meat with flavor, while the grapes add a touch of sweetness.
