Beef strips marinated and then sautéed in margarine, briefly simmered with fresh spinach in a light sauce thickened with cornstarch.
This Filipino stir-fry combines marinated beef strips with tender spinach. A light sauce, thickened with starch, coats the entire dish.

Directions
- Marinate the beef in the marinade mixture for 30 minutes.
- Add it to the margarine and stir until it turns a light pink color.
- Season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Pour the water in and bring it to a boil. ≈ 3 min
- Add the spinach, followed by the flour mixed with a little water. ≈ 3 min
- Mix well and serve immediately. ≈ 4 min
