Directions
- Wrap the meat tightly in plastic wrap, then freeze it for 2 hours to make it easier to cut. Do not freeze it for longer, as this will make it soggy.
- Cut the meat into thin slices and remove the plastic packaging. ≈ 8 min
- Arrange five circular slices, with a slightly rough edge, and place one in the center. Place them on a slightly damp plastic sheet. Place another damp sheet of plastic on top. Place a pie dish on top and gently tap it with a metal box.
- Remove the meat, season it with salt and black pepper. Serve with extra virgin olive oil, lemon slices, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped basil. ≈ 2 min
