Banana squares with chocolate or gelatin
Two Brazilian sweets: chocolate and butter squares, and a lemon and gelatin-based, whipped, and cut version.
In Brazil, banana bread is typically made in two ways: a simple, quick version with chocolate, and a firmer, more glossy version made with gelatin.
