An Eastern-style meatball baked in the oven: ground meat mixed with onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cilantro, and spices, formed into patties or finger-size…
The kefta is made by finely chopping the meat with parsley and onion. It is then spread in a dish or shaped into small fingers, and served with bread, a green salad, and hummus.
