Directions

  1. Peel the ginger until it is clean, then rinse it in clear water before crushing it. ≈ 8 min
  2. Boil the water with the lotus flower, along with the sugar, then add the ginger and let it simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Once the sugar has dissolved, filter the mixture using a cotton dishcloth to remove any remaining particles. Then, bring the mixture back to a boil.
  4. Place the egg yolks in the mixture and cook them without overcooking.
  5. Pour a start, pour a bowl, then add the cooked egg yolks. ≈ 3 min
  6. Whip the egg whites and pour them into a dish or plate to create a layer approximately 0.5 cm thick. ≈ 4 min
  7. Whisk the egg whites in the microwave for about 2 minutes, then let them cool.
  8. Cut the egg whites into flower, heart, or any other shape you desire. ≈ 8 min
  9. Wash the partially cooked noodles in hot water, then rinse them in cold water to remove the starch. Repeat the cooking process in boiling water.
  10. Place the partially cooked noodles in a bowl, pour the hot mixture over them, add the egg yolks, and then garnish with sliced egg whites shaped like flowers or hearts. Serve hot. ≈ 2 min
  11. If you prefer a cold dish, add some ice to keep it fresh. ≈ 3 min
