Avocados with beef tartare and capers
A Polish starter: half-sized portions of beef tartar, seasoned with onions, capers, and herbs, served on a bed of lettuce with a mayonnaise-ketchup sauce.
This appetizer is perfect for summer evenings or for a unique cocktail hour. The combination of avocado and tartar creates a crunchy texture that contrasts with the creamy avocado.
