Directions
- Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the onion and garlic, chop them into small pieces, and sauté them in a little oil. ≈ 8 min
- Add the potatoes, pour in the broth, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Peel the avocado, chop it into small pieces, and add it to the soup. Bring to a boil, then blend until smooth.
- Add the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. ≈ 4 min
- Serve garnished with toasted bread or chives.
